Infant Swim Rescue’s (ISR) unique results are achieved through fully customized, safe and effective, one-on-one lessons with only your child and Dee in the water. Always putting safety first, ISR emphasizes competence, which leads to confidence, and provides the foundation for a lifetime of enjoyment in and around the water.

Swim with Dee ISR lessons are private and last about 10 minutes in duration. For optimal results, students need to swim 5 days per week (Monday-Friday). The high frequency of the lessons facilitates muscle memory. Generally, students master the necessary skills within 6-8 weeks of consistent lessons (5 days/week for 6-8 weeks) depending on the pace at which the student learns.

Babies 6-12 Months Old

Generally speaking, babies ages 6 months to 1 year learn the ISR Self-Rescue® skill of rolling onto their backs to float, rest and breathe. They learn to maintain this position until help arrives.

Children 1-6 Years Old

Older, more mobile children will learn the full ISR Self-Rescue® sequence of swimming until they need air, rotating onto the back to float, then rolling back over to continue swimming. ISR students are taught to repeat this sequence until they reach the safety of the steps, side of the pool, or the shoreline.

You do not need to be a member of the Kroc to participate in lessons.

Lessons are available in 10-minute time increments. Sign up below to enroll now. In the message, please include three or more lesson times or a time range that will work for you.

After we confirm a lesson time, then mail in your non-refundable deposit for the first and last week of lessons or send it through VENMO(I will send addresses after we confirm time). This will reserve your child’s spot in lessons. I will then email you the ISR registration link.

Pricing: ISR National registration is $105 and paid directly to ISR. This national registration helps ensure your child is always given the safest lesson. My rates for lessons are $125 per week per child.
